Sometimes people get emotional when buying or selling their Hilton Head Real Estate.  For most people, this is the largest financial decision they make in their lifetime, so they need someone who can give them good, sturdy advice.

The reason you pick an experienced Realtor is because you know they have done this many times before.  All real estate is local, so local knowledge is extremely valuable in helping a person make a decision on the property they plan on living in for years to come. 

I always say that I can give advice, but in the end, you have to do what you want to do.  Most of the advice I give is going to be based on local knowledge, values, trends, and locations.  You then have to decide what you want to do with this information.
