Last week in the Hilton Head Island MLS area we had 93 new homes come on the market; 5 in Sea Pines Plantation, 2 in Forest Beach, 2 in Wexford Plantation, 3 in Palmetto Dunes/Shelter Cove, 8 in Hilton Head Plantation, 2 in Palmetto Hall, 2 in Indigo Run, 2in Windmill Harbour, 12 in Hilton Head Off Plantation areas and the remaining in Bluffton and its surrounding areas. 

We had 53 homes go under contract last week; 19 on Hilton Head and 34 in the Bluffton area. 

We had 52 new villas come on the  market and only 13 went under contract last week.
