In all my years of selling real estate on Hilton Head Island, I have often had one of my property owners say that they wish I could help sell their property in their hometown.  I always tell them that I have more than I can handle on Hilton Head and I would laugh.

Recently, I had a client of mine call me and say that they really needed my help.  They had a property in Raleigh, North Carolina that they really needed to sell and they wanted my advice.

As it turns out, I happen to know the #1 Real Estate in North Carolina; we share the same coach.  I called her, she listed and sold the property and the people were very pleased with her service.

Since then, I have had several people call and ask if I can help get their property sold in other places.  Actually, I can.  I belong to CKG International which is an organization of the top Real Estate agents in the country and we have representatives across the nation.  I know these people; we share the same coach and attend conventions together so I am able to refer them to my clients because these are really good agents.  In fact, someone called me one day and said they wanted “the James Wedgeworth of Chicago”.  I laughed, but I told the people that I had her.

If I was going to have liver surgery, a client of mine is a liver surgeon and before I would let anyone cut on me I would talk to him and have him check them out because I know he knows that business.  That is the way it works in real estate.
